Established in 1985 by a dynamic young technocrat, Mr. Babu Thomas, Global Contracts Pvt Ltd began its journey with a team of dedicated and highly skilled professionals. Starting small, the company executed diverse projects across sectors and gradually grew with the trust and support of esteemed clients. Every project undertaken has been successfully completed with a strong focus on quality, commitment, and client satisfaction.
Today, under the leadership of Mr. Babu Thomas (Managing Director) and Mrs. Beena Babu (Director), Global Contracts Pvt Ltd stands as a trusted name in the construction industry with over 40 years of experience delivering residential, commercial, and hospitality projects across India.

Founded in 1985, we have successfully executed projects for government institutions, industries, housing societies, resorts, and private clients across Delhi, Kerala, Gujarat, Himachal, Rajasthan, and Uttar Pradesh.
From our early work at the Rashtrapathi Bhavan and Embassy of the USA in New Delhi to landmark residential and resort projects like Sophia Housing Society, Sinai Villas, Aquacity Tower, and Parakkat Resorts, our journey reflects a legacy of trust and excellence.

📌 1985 – Foundation
Company established in New Delhi by Mr. Babu Thomas, a young technocrat.
Early projects: Nuclear Science Centre (JNU, Delhi), Abner Memorial School (Delhi).
1986 – 1995 – Expanding in Delhi & NCR
Projects for Kerala Education Society (Delhi), Holy Family Hospital (Okhla), Rashtrapathi Bhavan interiors, and Embassy of USA, Chanakyapuri.
Entry into schools and institutional projects (St. Thomas School, Clara Niwas, Franciscan Convents).
1996 – 2005 – Diversification
Major hospitality project: Golden Tourist Resorts (Ambala–Chandigarh highway).
Factories and industries: Caparo Maruti (Haryana), U.K. Paints, Berger Paints, Rupana Paper Mills, Ochoa Labs (Jammu), Sri Krishna Paper Mills (Rajasthan).
Large residential projects: Army Welfare Housing, Panchkula (200 flats, G+10) in association with Nagarjuna Construction Co.
2006 – 2015 – Premium Projects
Sophia Group Housing Society (Ghaziabad, U.P.) – 96 flats, G+4 towers.
Parakkat Nature Resorts, Munnar – 4-star resort, 50,000 sq.ft.
Sinai Villas, Aluva – 80-villa premium community.
Aquacity Tower, Aluva (Shwas Homes) – 23 floors, 161 apartments, ₹13 Cr project.
Institutional: Gems Modern Academy (SmartCity Kochi, sub-contract under KEF Infra).
2016 – 2020 – Regional Expansion
Residential villas for NRI clients at Thiruvalla & Mannar (₹1–1.5 Cr each).
Greenscapes Villa project (Aluva, Kochi).
Renovation of IFDC Building, Ernakulam (G+4).
Collaborations with Mecpro Heavy Engineering (Cochin, villa development).
2021 – 2025 – Present & Future
Ongoing: Sinai Villas (development works, boundary wall, villas under execution).
